How much does it cost to sell?
Listing is free. There is a 10% commission on sales, which is split between the buyer and the seller.
How many photos and tags do I need?
You need at least 1 photo and at least 1 tag to list. The first photo becomes your cover, and you can drag to reorder your photos.
What happens when my item sells?
After payment, the order appears in My Sales as paid and confirmed. Prepare the parcel, then tap “Book courier & mark as shipped” to create the PUDO / Courier Guy booking and tracking details. We securely hold the funds until the buyer receives and accepts the order.
How should I ship items?
Buyers choose their delivery method at checkout. When you are ready to dispatch, use the “Book courier & mark as shipped” button in My Sales. Please do not book your own separate courier unless Never New support asks you to.
