How to Return an Item

Initiate Return

Go to "My Purchases" and select the item you want to return. Click "Return Item" and provide a reason.

Arrange Return Shipping

Return shipping is not automatically free. If an item is not as photographed or described, the seller will be responsible for return shipping. Our support team will help make sure it’s handled fairly.

Package & Ship

Package the item securely and return it in the same condition as received. Many pre-loved items won’t have original tags — that’s totally fine.

Receive Refund

Returned items are sent back to the seller (not Never New). Once the seller confirms they’ve received the item back in its original condition, the refund will be processed.

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Returns initiated after 7 days may not be accepted

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Original tags may not be available for many pre-loved items — that’s okay
  • Condition and accuracy are what matter most

What's Covered

  • Items that are not as photographed or described
  • Items with undisclosed damage or defects
  • Wrong items received

What's Not Covered

  • Items damaged by the buyer
  • Items worn or used after delivery
  • Buyer's remorse (unless within return window)

Refund Information

Processing Time

Returned items are sent back to the seller. Once the seller confirms they’ve received the item back in its original condition, the refund will be processed.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is not automatically free. If an item is not as photographed or described, the seller will be responsible for return shipping.

Important Notes

  • • Inspect items immediately upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations
  • • Keep original packaging until you're sure you want to keep the item
  • • Take photos of any damage or defects immediately
  • • Contact us within 24 hours if you receive a damaged or incorrect item
